    Employer form for OINP

    The employer form only ask generic information. Ask the reason why they cannot provide, if its because of confidentiality then they can send the form directly to OINP. On your part fill the info as best of your ability and attach docs explaining the reason why you do not have the employer form...

    I also got ITA last Feb 9, 2022 and submit my Docs on Feb 17,2022, but till now no update shown. Still Submitted status. :). Hope to see progress soon. Any have the same scenario?
