Mine was too, did test on december 2020, system glitch, i had to refresh the page 3 times, took 5 months to accepted my score, my last DM was september last year and forever

I got into the same situation before I had done the test at 14th December 2020 and until may 2021 my test updated as completed and now Im still waiting for my oath.

I called IRCC several times, and got the same answer I have to wait, but there was an agent told me that my background check has expired wait for them to renew the new one , next day I call and another agent told me that my profile is good just wait for them to call me up. I dont get it like it...
