I also sent mine on March 28 and I haven’t heard anything since. No acknowledgment, no tracking ID. When I called they told me it will take 3-4 weeks to get tracking ID and another 3-4weeks to get it stamped. So confused right now

Congratulations Adanonye, We have the same timeline and I have also received Pre-arrival letter. The new application tool shows my application was approved since March 4 but no Passport request letter yet. Please did you send any mail to get your letter? if yes kindly give me the contact info...
