yes the specifics are clear and they will only accept it from the Judicial Police Department. I am still thinking that I should try to get it from another government entity like the High Court, just to prove my good faith.

The police certificates.. I could not submit them the first time. So I was given 2 more months to provide them.

They did for me.. right after I passed Medical and Biometrics. The documents are not related to those two things anyway.

I was unable to provide PCC myself and sent them a letter (LOE) explaining it. They gave me 2 additional months to provide the document. It's risky to decline : we're not certain of the next draws.
