If PR application is paper based then you couldn't able to upload documents in ircc account, you can send it through web form or postal. Now days web form taking much time so it's better to send via postal..

Hi Guys I am a inland applicant I received my Biometric request but not my AOR. Also I linked my application in ircc account it shows the application in progress. From what I know/have read isn't it supposed to be the other way round? Have people in this group had the same experience?
