They said the processing time is independant of which platform we apply. I think that we are put in queue according to ower UCI number and not according to the platform, as platform is just for gathering document and intracting with the user (frontend) but the backend processing is the same ...

Good for you , I sent a web form to my visa office they told me there are delays because of the pandemic. They confirmed that my application is in process. So I don't know when to exactly expect PPR but we shall see ...

These are the words not that I deserved but the one that I needed... I really hope so, what is weird is that I got the eligibility update 2 days after the biometrics, that is why I thought it was automatic ...
