Hi, I have received an notification of interest today in my IRCC account for Ontario PNP. I want to know if it is for Human Capital stream or for French speaking workers. The Ontario web site has not been updated yet for this draw, it still says the last draw was on 19 March 2024.

I have received the passport with the visa stamped. The new expiry date is of 2027 ( same as my OWP expiry). The earlier visa had expiry pf 2030 ( expiry of my passport) , effectively, I have lost 3 years of visa. :oops:

The ranges for score to NCLC matching have changed recently, All results after 11 Dec 2023 have the NCLC level also mentioned in the last column of the result. In the express entry profile you have to fill in old score ( Ancienne) not the new one.

There is a very good group on this site ( search with ICT WP), and in that group they maintain a google sheet. which gives the best update on which dates are being processed by IRCC. I went thru same process in 2022 and I loved that spreadsheet, it is so informative.

Attorney hired by your company could provide the best solution. IMO ICT can be applied even when company wants to open a new office.
