I’ve not received it. Vfs told me it’s at the embassy, I emailed the embassy and I was told a decision has not been made on my application which is totally impossible because I got a passport request. So definitely there’s a mixup at the embassy. That’s what I’ve been on since Thursday

I sent an email to the embassy and they replied that my application is still in process, meanwhile IRCC already sent a passport request letter that a decision has been made on my application. I’m so confused on what to do now. Can someone help
