Yesterday. I spoke to the agent as well he said there are lot of applications piled up in Etobicoke so he asked me to wait but I got the eCOPR today itself

Try between 1 pm to 3 pm. On the 00:47 mark, Press 2 (Wait 3 Secs) Press 1 (Wait 1 sec) Press 2 (Wait 1 sec) and Press 0. If you follow these shortcuts, you don't need to provide UCI or Application # and it will be fast.

Hi, I've received an information letter in my GCKEY addressing my wife (but I'm the primary applicant) to confirm the UCI and Port of entry etc. but neither I nor my wife gets any email. Did anyone face the same issue?

How you connected to agent, I tried 25 time since 8 AM but no luck

I called them and got on the waiting list, after 1:30 hour of waiting they finally answered and told me this is the domestic abuse report line. :| I must've pressed the wrong # and they transferred me back to the automated voice.
