My paper application is in progress (back ground check and test completed), we have a a new born baby in our family, born in Canada. Do we need to inform this to IRCC?

After I have applied for citizenship (status: waiting for test invite), I renewed my PR card which has new expiry date. Do we need to communicate this to IRCC ?

Same here. The site was done for certificate error, when it was up, the last updated date changed to April 12 but background still in progress.
