Citizenship certificate received today. October 18th Oath ceremony at Winnipeg office. Expedited processing. Closed October 20th. Mailed Oct 24th, received in Toronto October 28th. All the best to everyone.

Mine changed to closed today but I had previous approval for urgent processing.

L It’s so annoying, I hope it gets better. I also did my oath with the Winnipeg office on the 18th. I had expedited processing approval for my application which the registration person confirmed but no movement yet. I’ll try to contact them or call the Call centre next week.

Got oath email today for oath scheduled for October 18. Interestingly it seems to be coming from an office in Manitoba while my office so far has been Scarborough. Is this usual or will my certificate still be mailed from Scarborough ?

Unfortunately there is too much randomness in how they go about processing things. Fingers cross it will happen for you soon.

They updated it this morning. Previously I had Physical Presence in progress. That changed to completed and now oath is in progress with a date of October 18. No ghost updates in between. Both happened at the same time it seems.

Yup. Same thing happened to me August 22. No update yet till now.

Checked this morning and Prohibitions and Language got completed but not for Physical Presence. April 26 test completed for me. Hopefully physical presence gets done soonest

Test done April 25. Marked complete April 26th. BG completed March 22. Everything else in progress except oath.

Just got test invite window today for April 8-28. AoR August 20, BG completed March 22.

I got ghost update yesterday, then bg completed today. Toronto area online app. AoR Oct 21

Online submission. August 11, AoR October 21. Ghost update March 22. BG check completed March 23.

Mine worked out almost exactly like this. Submitted online August 11 and got AoR October 20th.
