I was able to connect to an agent this morning, the key is to not enter UCI and press option 2 and press 3-3-0. Don't enter immediately just make sure you enter 3 and give a pause like 1 sec and then enter 3 and pause for 1 sec and then enter 0. Should be able to reach an agent with some ground...
