I have similar timeline. My cic account showed approved and mailed on March, 3. I got the card yesterday (March 8). So 5 days in total.

I did send 2 emails to remind them by responding to the first portal email. But I don't know if that actullay had any effect. No one replied to me and I just got the 2nd portal email a few days later.

You're right. I misunderstood your question. The document number seems contain some digits of the PR card number but not exactly the same thing. The travel document number is the passport number. But I guess this shouldn't be an issue since PR card doesn't contain passport number, just your UCI...

It's not passport number. I don't know what it is. I haven't received my card in the mail. But I checked others', this number isn't pr card number either.

No. They sent an email telling you that ecopr was ready. Email title looks like this:"PR Portal (PR confirmation) - eCoPR Available for Download ". Then you log in the portal to download your eCopr.

Anyone waiting 2nd portal email since Jan 31? It's been 2 weeks since response to the 1st portal email. Till now I haven't got the portal credentials to login. What shoud I do other than waiting?
