Yes, I just did that.

I just received my portal credentials and after logging in using the temporary password it gave me same blank screen with green icons :( Please update this thread if it starts working.

I got PPR first and the next day I got confirmation portal email.

I haven't received copr yet, I received portal email last week and still waiting to receive portal credentials/invitation email. Your husband should send webform or contact them to enquire about it.

How much time they took to send you portal credentials ?

Yes I included my dependents details and also mentioned that they are outlanders and will submit their passports and PPR to their nearest VAC.
