    Congrats. You will get it tomorrow. For me yesterday fedex tracker was activated around 7 PM Eastern time and the package got delivered today around 3 PM ET

    Did you check under step 3? . If your documents are being returned to a mailing address in the U.S.A, please submit a self-addressed shipping label along with its commercial invoice and a returning envelope from FedEx, UPS or Purolator.

    I don't think you need to worry about this. Even I got a response that it shipped on Jan 31st. These are the responses from IRCC agents who don't have visibility to Ottawa offices I guess.
