Thanks for everyone that has comments on this issue. Sent an email to the provincial nomination officer and got that msg from IRCC today. The officer might have missed something from her part :)

Thanks for you reply. Yes I received it from the provincial immigration officer by Email. I tried to upload it in my express entry profile but couldn't because when I create my ee profile I choose "no" for the question "did you receive PNP certificate" cuz at that time I did not have any...

I have received the nomination. And the immigration officer from the province told me they already send my nomination to CIC. My understanding is that CIC will send me a message through EE portal asking if I want to accept or not, right? I have not received that message yet and that 600 points...

Hi everyone. Thanks in advance for your reply. I received my PNP Express entry certificate from the province. Just wondering how long (normally) do I wait for CIC to send me the message (through EE portal) to accept that nomination? I have been waiting for 20 days now.
