Hi, My parents got PR in Dec 2013 and their PR cards expired in Feb 2019. But they didn't stay here for long time due to health reasons. They were given PRTD in Oct 2022 and now they are here. There total stay in Canada is approx 90-95 days. Are we able to renew their PR cards as they were...
