Clarification for those who already applied a passport, what if I cant find a guarantor (didnt meet all the requirements stated), is that time to request for the form PPTC 132 at service canada? Or anyone else have an idea what to do? Thanks.

We did our oath yesterday. Thank you everyone for all the info and help on this page. Probably my next questions, if ever, are about passport application. Good luck and be patient for those who are still waiting for their oath and certificates.

Received ours 1 wk after they changed the tracker (for oath invite). And its 2 wks before the oathtaking date.

You can try sending an email using the email address that they’ve used when they give out your test instruction/schedule. That will be your local VO

We have an oath date! Oct 20. Finally!

Out of curiosity, all is completed but citizenship ceremony, when will you get oath schedule? Ecas is decision made.

Lets keep our fingers crossed that hopefully before December or by that time, we have our Canadian citizen certificates and passports.

At last, 3 days into its 7 months of no movement, my language, physical presence and prohibitions are completed. Decision made on ecas. Now, another wait for oath schedule. Hope it wont be long.

That’s what they told me earlier. I called IRCC and the ircc rep said “dont worry, you’re still in the time frame of 27 months”. I was speechless
