    I sent them an email today as a follow up because I submitted the picture, the declaration and the address on January 22, and a couple of hours later I got my ecopr. Picture and address are still in review though.

    For those who got ECOPR already, did you get it by email or you saw it in the portal directly? I submitted the declaration, address and photo on January 22nd and I'm still waiting for the ECOPR.
