Hi. I would like to know if I can claim 50 points in Express Entry if I am currentlt working in Canada, status - work permit based on LMIA job offer. Would I need a new job offer?

Hi. Could anyone help me in my case. I have LMIA based job offer which I used for work permit application. I currently work in Canada for one year. Can I still claim 50 points in Express Entry system for the job offer or should I ask for new job offer for my employer?
