Yes after sponsor eligibility they will check applicant eligibility and issue prearrival. What your pr tracker is showing about eligibility? In our case we got aor on dec 10 sponsor eligibility on Jan 26 biometric on Jan 25 and medical request on Jan 31 prearrival on Feb 09 medical passed...

I think yours also should be stamped as the rest of us having same timeline got stamped. Will hope for the best.

My passport stamping went under process on may 03rd and I received dispatch message this morning.. Still no update in gckey. Is anyone with same timeline got the dispatch message?!

PR tracker update is some system update we can't rely on that. If there is some ghost update in your gckey file then it means some process is going on in the background. Our file is processed in Ottawa VO after 2.5 months of prearrival we got PPR on April 26..

Is it mentioned in that letter which was sent by IRCC? Have you included that explanation letter from IRCC with the package? Sorry I don't know exactly whether ppr is required or not

Hi.. as you have checked the dimensions with a ruler i don't think so it will return without stamp so don't worry. Wait for sometime and check your online account for any updation.
