Looking to check if anyone else's application(s) are "In Progress" since 2020. I have sent several enquiries via web form but no response received yet.

Medical has not been requested and was not part of the original document checklist. This is for a visitor visa only (less than 6 months).

The last activity on the application, i.e. the biometrics for my mom were only collected in 2 months ago in March 2022.

I applied for Parent's visa application from Chandigarh, India in March 2020. Biometrics requested and submitted for Dad in Sep 2021 and for Mom in March 2022. The application is showing in progress since then and there have been no status updates. I have sent about 6 status update requests...
