same problem for me. I dropped email to them on 21st Jan 2022 to print my PCC but no response yet. ppt.vancouver@mea.gov.in, cons.vancouver@mea.gov.in

Mine has changed status to "Police Verification Report is clear. PCC is available for issuance." 5 days back but no progress after that . How long it took for you see new status to Print PCC ?
