Here is my timeline: Received: Dec 29 2021 AOR : Dec 29 2021. Started processing ; Dec 29 2021 DM : June 20 2022. Approved and mailed : June 27 2022. It was replacement but they issued me a new 5 years expiry date. If it takes more than 4 months you should send web form and advice the agent...

That’s if they put it in the system and sent you the AOR.

You need to fill another application, attach the reason of your urgency and write Urgent in the envelope all sides, no need to fill webform as they will tell you to do above.
