It's a single PPR for the main applicant and all dependants. As you're inland, you will receive the portal e-mail today or in the next few days. You can prepare the documentation requested in the PPR in parallel while you wait for your CoPR.

That is a PPR, but it probably starts with your name if you are the principal applicant. You will get the portal e-mail soon. See my question above but I am assuming your dependent will have to send the documents requested in the PPR to the VFS office in the country where he/she is now.
