Under new portal i have already seen almost 10 cases this happened got visit visa instead of super visa. I selected all the right options even medical insurance was a mandatory document. But still got visit visa. I think GCMS is the way to go.

I tried to call them for a while I wasn’t able reach out, everytime it said agents are busy so i gave up I didn’t want to send them a webform and mess things up for their visitors visa so i decided i’ll let them visit once and apply supervisa next year.

Sorry sir seems like i had that answer already i posted here so i could see if someone else had similar cases and what they did since every case is different, if you can’t help please don’t answer let other people try to help. Thanks

But same happened to someone else and they reapplied after ppr and got medical request and got approved for supervisa again

Hi guys, i need urgent help, I applied for my parents supervisa in new portal, we picked all the right option used medical insurance as mandatory documents today they received passports stamped with visitor visas, what should we do now, please any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks
