Got request on 23 Dec to submit passport, sent them webform to update my india address on 31 Dec and then I sent my passport on 13 Jan and got it back today- Ravneet੮੬੭

Got TRV (work VISA) to return to Canada - some questions
I have applied for TRV in Jan 2021 while I was in Canada.Due to some reason I came back to India in October without TRV. Today I got passport submission request.Can anyone help me what should I do now? Where should I send my passport?- Ravneet੮੬੭
