I had the same status Ack Date 12 Sep Processed 4 Oct Dispatched 7 Oct. There was no update since then. I just checked and I found that it is received in CGI Toronto today (Status updated in the evening)

Received a message in CIC GC Key account yesterday that my PR card is approved and mailed. Waiting for it to be delivered. My timeline is in signature.

I have a question- do they inform why are they rejecting the photo? What do we need to do to make sure the new photo will not be rejected again? Thanks

You can not delete it, but don't worry IRCC will use your account. I did the same thing and got the portal request. It may delay the process by a day or 2 but that's all.

Was your photo approved before you were able to link?

After getting eCOPR, how do we link the PR card application in GC Key account? What application number do we provide? It does not accept the application number of TR to PR application and I do not see any other number on eCOPR. Anyone who has linked their PR Card application? Thanks.

Do you see any update on your GC Key account (PR application )? Like changing from 'we are processing your application' to Approved ?

No need to try to cancel this. It is not possible. But do not worry you will get email and it will ask you to login to your current account.
