Canuck78, I don't think she informed IRCC when she left Canada, since she did not know she had to do that, also she have no idea if her H& R application would be approve. She just really needed to seek herbal treatment for her illness. Thanks for your question.

Dear all, After my cousin sending her Humanitarian & Compassionate application 2 years ago (while she was in Canada). Now, she just received a letter from IRCC to let her know that she will be accepted to remain in Canada as a permanent resident, before she submitting all their required forms...

Thank you Swaqzzy. Her family already started her application. Due to Covid, it is slowly getting to complete. We need to pray a lot for her to be approved.

Hi Swaqzzy, This visa student came to Canada about 6 years already. She could not complete her study because of her illness. Thanks to Health Care Canada doctors save her life, but she became disable with her illness due to her medical surgery and treatments. She lost her visa student status...

Hello Swaqzzy, and all, My friend's sister is a visa student came to Canada couple years ago, then she got really sick to the extreme of almost disable. A lawyer advise she should apply for Humanitarian Ground. What is your suggestions? Please help. Thank you.
