Maybe they send information to your employer. Same thing happened to me. Mine showed information requested on 13th December, but my employer received email on 17th January. Certificate Issued the next day

Hi guys, my portal processing status changed to "information requested" but i have not received any request in my mail. I also spoke to my previous employers none of them has received any mail. Please can you share your experience if you have had such experience before.
