Mostly because it's incomplete, i.e. you left gaps in your background declaration, you forgot to mention past refusals or even minor things like forgetting to write your name in your native language.

@Pocketlive Nothing prevents you from submitting two PR applications at the same time. It's completely legitimate. So unless you think paying another 1000$ isn't worthy, I would say don't miss that ITA.

How do you guys manage to talk to a representative? Whenever I call I just hear that they don't care about cases that are not related to Afghanistan. Which options you choose?

@capta How we even get to the point of waiting? They just say unless you are in Afghanistan or affected by domestic violence, we are not going to answer your call.
