Some pre-june 2010 have been asked to redo their medicals especially closer to the time the visa office is ready to wrap up their applications e.g to issue passport requests. Seeing as medicals are valid for one year, the visa cannot be issued outside of the validity of the medicals hope this helps

I would advise that you respond to all the questions you are asked as honestly as possible. I have applied for visiting visa to Canada twice and have been refused twice when i filled out my application i responded tot the question giving details about the date and reasons for refusal i was given.
