Hello All My parents are in the middle of an H&C application. They recently received a medical exam request. Wondering if this means that their H&C application is accepted?

Question for someone else: Someone applied for their Spousal sponsorship in Dec 21 and hasn’t heard anything yet after AOR. This person is a failed refugee as well in the past 3 years ago now. What can be done?

Their refugee status was also rejected and currently their PRRA is in process and their H&C application is also filed.

Hi all Looking for some information. I have recently become a PR through spousal sponsorship when I came to Canada me and my family applied for refugee claim but it was refused. Now I have to visit my native country to get my money from my previous bank accounts. Will I be in trouble if I visit?

Update: I have been approved for PR. Anyone who has similar problem of not having their passport on hand should respond back to IRCC with the notice of seized documents.

So what should I be doing in this case? I have to submit a passport that’s valid for further processing of my spousal sponsorship. I’m not a protected person I’m a failed refugee.

Yes they did but it’s mentioned on the notice I can apply for my documents only for 30 days after they’ve been taken.
