After reviewing document I had 2 Ghost update on my account and 3 week after I got portal mail and after about month I got pr card.

I think linking application provide good communication channel to transfer any document to them and often updated. IRCC portal sometimes doesn't have updated information.

It took 29 days . I think it says 58 days processing time on site, may be after that you can fill web form/ email them to see whats going on. It also depends on visa office I guess.

nothing to worry , you will get your pr card soon. I got pr card yesterday, I had same situation. it still shows in review with ircc.

Hey, I got my pr card yesterday but portal still shows in review. its better to link pr card application to cic . you can have clear idea whats going on.
