I am in the same boat as you are. For Singapore, the average time says four to eight weeks from different websites. And I know individuals who have got study permit in 5 weeks and spouse open work permit in 4 weeks, who applied just a month before me. I truly don't understand why my application...

Yes, I submitted an upfront medical exam report. But the status is the same as you guys. It says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."
