I think I saw your reply somewhere about tr to pr.. so, its the Same portal where you applied for tr to pr… try logging in there to make sure..

Check the portal may be they added it as you already have the username and password.

No, as i have dependent I received two emails for portal credentials. First one was about login credentials second one was about that a case has been created under my profile (which was my husband’s). If you already have account through tr to pr you can try logging in there and see if anything...

Yep. We got credentials yesterday. The portal was created under my name and my dependent was also added on same portal. All good

Same here. We replied from one email only ( main applicant’s email), with dependent information.
