You can initiate the application online via the IRCC website and it will show the list of supporting documents you will need.

I applied on 8th November (from Singapore) & provided my biometrics by 11th November. Just got my passport request letter yesterday.

Did you hear back from them yet? I'm on the exact same boat, my application was received on August 25th. Got my AOR on 17th November - really slow compared to what I have seen in this thread.
