Thanks Simba, for the information. I provided my lawyer some new evidences that weren’t available at the time of the hearing and he made the submission to argue the IFA and state Protection. Will update when a decision is made. Thanks

I’m congrats . I did mine 12days ago, the hearing lasted for 3hours and 3 breaks in between. It was a very interrogating and tensed hearing. At the end the Member said he wasnt gonna give the decision now that he would send it through the mail and my lawyer would get it first and let me know.

Just 1 Member , and yes it was a Virtual Video Hearing. And my case wasnt a less Complex one. When is your own hearing ?

I think you can work anywhere in Canada u find a job. The work permit isn’t restricted to a Province as far I understand.
