You can call IRCC to verify about your payment receipt, if it is not attached to your file you can request them to do it manually by telling them the receipt number. Hope this helps.

Some times it takes 2-3 business days for default "Inquiry submission" email and some times it doesn't comes but they will still receive your docs.
