i just checked my gckey and decision was approved on the 10th and updated on the system by 12 saying they mailed the PR card huhuhu

Thats the problem, you can't reach them through phone...it will put you on series of prompt then at the end it will say high volume of calls and will end the call...it will not put you on hold for the que..i have kept calling the number since the other day... And im not a refugee...

Well on the email adn the letter of approval it showed our new address already. It just occurred to me to check my old address coz it was in an apt but nothing there or we might just be too late...Whats the number you called?
