No @anisha1992 .. i haven’t used any online tool ! Also we measured chin to crown size is 34mm. Our package was picked up today! No idea what will happen this time and it’s very stressfull !

I don’t see any issue with 50*70 mm dimensions But here prob is something else and we were not sure what’s wrong in that It became a scary thing for us!

They didn’t send those photos back! But I am thinking that over top of the head space causing the issue !

Hey thanks for sharing the links!! I tried to verify the second one and it shows that total over all head size shows as 36mm but there is no measurements for chin to upto forehead (start of hair portion )

Aah okay! I did a enquiry on those measurements at one of the official photographer in Canada and they were saying over all head size should be between 31mm to 36mm. Coz not everyone face cut will similar! Some may have large forehead and some may have small foreahead and even I thought the same...

Lower limit means from where to where ? Was it chin to crown (upper top ) of the head ?
