I guess you are not getting my point. So if I apply for extension and graduate at that time I will have no study permit and just waiting for a decision on my study permit. It is called implied status. Can I apply for PGWP while I am on implied status?

Hi all, My study permit expires on DEC 31, 2021. I am not sure if I can graduate until that time and I am thinking to apply for study permit extension. Can I apply for a study permit extension now and when I graduated I apply for PGWP? ( in the case SP will be processing )
