Do we have to upload our marriage certificate when we apply as self? I didn’t upload it because it specifically said uploading of marriage certificate is applicable only for spouse based oci applicants. But the check list says attach if applicable. Is it going to be an issue?

I cancelled my Indian passport in 2019. I don’t remember receiving any certificate. I just have it stamped on my passport.

My Indian passport has a stamp on its first and last page that says THIS PSSPORT IS CANCELLED AS THE HOLDER HAS ACQUIRED CANADIAN NATIONALITY. THIS PASSPORT IS NO LONGER VALID AS A TRAVEL DOCUMENT OR A PROOF OF INDIAN NATIONALITY.
