Just in the “Check full application status” tab which is right next your application. After opening that just scroll down to messages about your application and there was a new message named “Information Letter”.

I am not worried about the being reviewed status of Eligibility or the BG. The thing is, my background check status changed to processing about a month and a half ago or maybe even earlier than that.
