Your copr expiry date is march 21 2024? Mine is august 15, 2024 that is why i lost all hopes to have it before the end of the year. Based on that feedback or info from call center regarding what are they processing right now.

Maybe this is the reason since they got some internal changes happening affecting their services they just didnt announce it.

Looks like this is a major problem right now for IRCC im encountering a ton of people waiting for ECOPR 25+ days now. Multiple groups facebook, websites like this, and chat groups as well as twitter or x same issue with ecopr

In your question you are referring to the pr portal right? Thank you for answering, we are also in the same situation ECOPR.we are monitoring your chat and thread hopefully they can sort this issue out apparently a lot of applicants who is in VO montreal now stuck at the issuance of ECOPR...
