    Sorry for the late reply, yes Mr. Chung is legit. I got mine after 7 business days. Mine says Criminal (Investigation)Record Check Report maybe they changed it this year? As long as it includes the lapsed record CIC would accept it.

    That's what I read too!! There are many police stations who would decline. I've already received mine from that website OMG thank the heavens ! I've already submitted mine to IRCC. You should try them they charge $350 USD and I think it's reasonable. It took just 7 days altogether to get mine.

Honestly from what I've read there are stations that refuse to give out the one with lapsed record so I don't really want to bother my Korean friends if I'm not sure which stations are good.     Great! I went there a few days ago and the consular officer told me I need someone in South Korea to do it for me. I might just ask them again and beg them to do it for me. So frustrating honestly thank you so much for answering so quickly!
