Update in case anyone is in the same situation: I called IRCC and they added a note to my file saying that I didn't receive the email. I just got the approval email requesting information (the step before the portal email). Good luck everyone :)

Just received an update from my MP: Apparently, my PR application was approved on October 6, 2022 and sent to the case processing centre. There was no activity on it until December 23 when they claim to have emailed me and then again January 14. I did not receive either emails. Any advice on...

Has there been any movement on files? AOR September 30, 2021 First Medical Pass Nov 2021 Second Medical Pass Oct 5, 2022 Nothing since then. This is so frustrating.

I am still waiting too. September 30th AOR and medical passed a second time on October 5th.

Good to know, thank you! My status actually changed from the medical having been passed in Nov 2021 to "we're processing your application". My application may be going backwards as well! Hopefully we all hear soon!

I just got a ghost update. AOR September 30th. Fingers crossed! :)

I did two degrees in Canada and so I was eligible for a 3 year work permit. My passport was expiring partway through though so that's why I was given a shorter work permit and was eligible to extend it once I renewed my passport.

Thanks so much! :) They didn't ask for biometrics because I actually had them completed last year for a TRV.
