Has anyone got their distance PGDCA evaluated by WES from Annamalai University?? Is it considered as Master? Please help

My CRS score falls in range of below 440, I wanted to improve it by completing masters One option that I got was, PGDCA (Distance) from Annamalai University. Checking its' equivalency on WES tool, it says equivalent to masters. Is it correct?? Should I go for it?
