Hi, can I flagpole to get WP extended when I have valid US Visa? Should I tell US border officials that I am entering US for flagpolling? I don’t want to have an administrative refusal, rather than I can spend a few hours or even a night in US, and then come back to Canada.

Were you able to flagpole? Did you tell the US officers that you just want to flagpole? Please share your experience if possible.

I am moving to Canada from US with regular work permit. My child is an US citizen if 3 years age. Do we need a TRV for him as well or only US passport should work for entering?
