It is tied to a valid express entry profile, which is no longer valid for me due to expiration of IELTS result.

My IELTS result has expired and my Federal Express Entry profile has become ineligible and can not be edited now. My connection had sent the settlement part 2 last week. Can anyone please guide what should I do...this seems like messed up situation for me.
